Food Vendors do you understand the following:

A food vendor license is required for food sales. To apply for a temporary Food Service License for your concession booth, you must contact the Summit County Health District at 330-375-2405. Original issued licenses must be posted/on hand in each food unit. A copy of a license will not be acceptable. If an original license is not available, facility/unit will have to obtain a temporary license for the event. If you need to pull a temporary license for the event, you must do so no less than seven days prior to the event. If you deal in cottage foods, you must comply with all of the rules and labeling requirements of that exemption. If you are not in compliance, you will be asked to remove noncompliant products from the premises/from sale.

Vendors do you understand the following:

All vendors will be able to begin set up at 12pm the day of the event, you must be set up by 2pm. The event runs until 8pm, tear down goes from 8pm - 10pm. If you sell out before the event ends, please do not tear down and leave. Each vendor space is approximately 10x10. Locations will be marked out and spots will be numbered. Vendor locations are assigned by event organizer and will be emailed out at least three days prior to event. All vendors must be self efficient with their set up including a table(s), chairs and tablecloth. Vendor must obtain, at its own expense, any licenses or permits and insurances which are required for the operation of its trade or business. Vendor agrees to collect and pay all required taxes and sales taxes if you are selling. There will be no refunds for the vendor application fee. The event is rain, snow or shine.
